WE ALL SHELL-EBRATE

Last Friday my school had a Triathlon with Mangamuka and Horeke schools

We had 3 things to do: We had to run around my feild and tag your other team mate run to the bikes and ride half way. Turn around and go swim around the pool 3 times and do that twice. You win when your whole team is back and done it twice.

Teams: we had 8 teams of six and seven.

What I liked: I liked how we were all working together and helped each other out.

What I learned: I learned to be nice and help people.

My Team: I had a logo which will be at the bottom my name is Red Bull. I had 8 people in my team. And my teams’ chsnt was 2,4,6,9 whose da BADDEST team alive.

People in my team: Brody, Isla, Lena, Marahi, Makoare, Brooklyn, Hayze, And I.

My fav race: My favrouite race was swimming.

We have been learning how to spot media information around our school

We went on a  Scavenger Hunt  and took photos of stuff around our school

Kia ora my name is Vynesta. We have been learning how to remove backgrounds and take screenshots of our movies. We clipped all of the images together to make a film festival poster.

We had to include a title and an image from our movie. You can see it here.

I found this task really easy  because it was really instresting to and fun to use the Queen play rugby and Basketball.

If I designed another poster like this to share I might have food like raising canes and Crumble cookie.

We are looking at Martin Whatson and Banksy’s graffiti art. We are creating a piece that has me pulling the curtain.

My quick write is a narrative:

                                                                             LUCY & THE BULL

One normal hot day ta huge bull was drained of water and exhausted. As he was walking to the river he came across a lady named Lucy. It was all very strange. Lucy became obsessed with a cow that was just standing there.  The cow was just a normal average cow just standing. The bull walked on slowly past. Lucy took the cow into the barn but the bull was still thirsty so he didn’t want to be stuck in the old barn with hens. As he was walking past the hens glared at him but he didnt care he mumbled and knew he would get revenge just in 3…..2 on 2 he was angrily scraping his foot on the dust getting ready to go ahead. He ran into the hen and  into the fence it exploded into tiny pieces of wood. Lucy was inside baking cookies as she was about to grab them out. Suddenly bits of wood went flying through the window. Lucy zoomed outside but there was no sight of the bull. A few days went by. The fence is fixed and she made sure she wouldn’t get an animal that goes by again.
